Extremely bad experience. I went to Jack Williams Tire #11 for the annual inspection. After the alleged inspection, I was told that the Brakes in my vehicle were extremely bad and that it would cost hundreds of dollars to replace in order to pass the inspection. I know my vehicle, and would not drive it in the allegedly “extremely bad” conditions. Luckily, I did not buy their craps that were coming out of their mouths while looking me straight in the eyes. I went elsewhere and got a second opinion. The vehicle passed the same annual inspection without problem. It seemed that Jack Williams’ allegedly “extremely bad” conditions were the same as the good passable condition. Avoid their Rip-Offs. Times are tough, but don’t rip people off so that they could stay in business. My existence is not to pay for their rent or feed their children.
